Tip: When you click on the Dashboard tab you may need to click to load all widgets for EPAW to become visible.

1. Navigate to the Enhanced Pipeline Activity widget under the Dashboard menu. Use the filters to select activities that meet your criteria. This could be activities logged within a certain time period, against by jobs owned by a selected recruiter or for specific clients etc.

2. For this example we will click "Last Week"

3. Click "Show Completed Schedule" to include all activities with-in the selected time span.

4. Click "Apply Filters"

5. This will now display a list of all pipeline candidates for your selected jobs, the current pipeline stage for each and the most recent activity performed. Clicking a column header will sort the results by that column.

6. You can also re-arrange the columns by dragging and dropping them in the order you would prefer and use the column selector to change which columns are displayed.

7. At any time you may modify your criteria and click "Apply Filters" to re-display your results.

8. To log an activity within this pipeline stage, click the action button on the far right column.

9. The pop-up will list all available activities for the candidate at this pipeline stage.

10. To move the candidate to a different pipeline stage, click the pencil icon and select the new stage before clicking on the Save icon. The Job Order Pipeline updates automatically with all actions taken with-in the EPAW widget.

11. You may perform other actions such as sending an email or SMS by clicking into the Actions drop-down list.
