Release Notes | September 2024

Overview: In this release, we have added three features that until now were exclusively available in our legacy platform. This is the first phase of legacy feature migration, with the goal that customers may fully use the current platform and eventually retire use of the legacy version.

➡️ User Management: Company Administrators may add, update and deactivate users without needing to access the legacy platform. Click into My Company from the Main Menu to access the Recruiters feature. Learn more about managing users: 

➡️ Custom Reports: Any Custom Reports created for your organization may be run from the Custom Reports menu, found by clicking into Tools from the main menu, and scrolling to the Custom Reports section.  

➡️ Pre & Post Schedule Triggers: Company Administrators may create Triggers that will send either an automated email or create a reminder activity based on an existing schedule activity. These can based on a number of hours, days or months in relation to the Activity's entered date, start date, or end date. For example:

  • When a Recruiter enters a "Resume Submit" activity, automatically create a schedule activity for the following day, to remind the Recruiter to follow-up with the Client Contact.  
  • When an Account Manager logs that "Client Meeting" activity will be happening in the future, automatically send an email reminder a day or two in advance of the meeting's start date, as a reminder to prepare for the meeting.
